These are some common questions we get about our company. If you are considering purchasing our shorts or looking to reach out to us about an issue with your order, we recommend reading the below before you do so.

 

Where does the 10% contribution for endangered animal conservation actually go?

You can find information about our charitable efforts on our partners page. Your contribution will go toward education efforts for people wanting to make a difference in the lives of endangered animals, engineering projects that develop alternatives to harmful fishing practices, and more unique opportunities.

 

Why don't you work with large organizations like the WWF?

We try to avoid working with large organizations that have a complex business structure as proceeds can often become lost in the pseudo-corporate framework. At the end of the day, we want you to understand where your contribution is going.

 

My shorts fit tight, are they supposed to be designed like this?

Yes, our shorts fit slim and are designed to stretch with your movement. They may feel tight at first, but they'll never feel constraining.

 

The color in my shorts faded after a few washes. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Brighter colors such as yellow and red are more susceptible to color fade. This is inevitable when working with cotton fabric. Most of the time you will not notice any fade.

 

My shorts shrunk in the wash. Why did this happen?

Make sure you are washing your shorts with the correct method of operation. We recommend hanging your shorts to dry in order to prevent shrinkage. Keep in mind that our shorts are designed with inwoven spandex that naturally adjusts in size. If your shorts feel small after a wash cycle, they will naturally stretch out for a comfortable fit after a few minutes of wear.

 

I have an issue with my order. Can I send it back?

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. After the 30-day window has closed, we will not accept any returns. If you have an issue with your order you would like to contact us about, you may do so here.

 

How do I return my order?

You can send your order via USPS back to our office. We will send you a complete and total reimbursement for the packaging and shipping within 30 days of your purchase.

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.

 

Where are you located?

We are based in San Diego, California. Our manufacturing facility is in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

 

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?  

We do not currently offer international shipping and can’t accept credit cards from outside of the United States.

 

Is Venture Supply hosted on a secure site?

Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information.
